Schedule

All readings and assignments are due on the day listed. For example, if you see “A Theory of Resonance” in the “Before Class” column, that means you have to come to class having already read essay. Always bring a copy of the reading to class (preferably, a hard copy). On face-to-face class days, assignments in the “In Class” column are due before class begins. On online days, assignments in the “In Class” column are due by 11:59 pm after class ends. I may occasionally give short reading quizzes or assign brief homework tasks, and I reserve the right to adapt the syllabus to better meet the course goals/topic.
